Pregnancy Week 22 Eats

Sunday, April 27 (20 weeks, 6 days)

  • Coffee – Tall blonde roast with half and half
  • Breakfast – 1 piece of homemade ham, onion, and cheese quiche
  • Lunch – Butter lettuce, ken’s honey mustard, and croutons
  • Dinner – La Pasta’s black bean and goat cheese ravioli, grilled chicken breast, and a cucumber and tomato salad
  • Dessert – Mint chocolate chip ice cream

Monday, April 28 (21 weeks)

  • Breakfast – 1 Thomas bagel thin, 1 tbsp cream cheese, 2 eggs, 2 slices of tomato, and a cup of coffee with hazelnut creamer
  • Snack – 1 Fuji apple and 28 Blue Diamond Habanero BBQ almonds
  • Lunch – Homemade ham and bean soup, baby carrots, and Greek yogurt guacamole (from Costco)
  • Dinner – Ricotta ravioli and homemade meat sauce

Tuesday, April 29 (21 weeks, 1 day)

  • Breakfast – 1 cup of Chesapeake Bay Roasting Company coffee, scrambled eggs with turkey sausage and tomatoes, and a everything bagel thin
  • Snack – 1 Fuji apple and 2 tbsp Jif honey peanut butter
  • Lunch – Leftover ricotta ravioli, sauteed bell peppers, Parmesan cheese, and a Claussen pickle
  • Snack – Fage 2% Greek yogurt and blackberries
  • Dinner – 2 flour tortillas, ground turkey, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and tomatoes

Wednesday, April 30 (21 weeks, 2 days)

  • Breakfast- 2 eggs, 1 bagel thin, a cup of coffee with creamer, and an orange
  • Snack – Fuji apple and 28 Blue Diamond Habenaro BBQ almonds
  • Lunch – 1 sandwich with hummus, veggies, and feta, carrots, and a cheese stick
  • Dinner – 2 tortillas, ground turkey, cheese, taco sauce, and 1/2 an avocado

Thursday, May 1 (21 weeks, 3 days)

  • Breakfast – 1 bowl of Three Sisters Marshmallow Oaties with almond milk
  • Lunch – 1 sandwich with hummus, veggies, and feta, carrots, and a cheese stick
  • Snack – Venti iced green tea with 1 pump of peppermint and an apple
  • Dinner – Roasted butternut squash and pork tenderloin

Friday, May 2 (21 weeks, 4 days)

  • Breakfast – Everything bagel, egg, bacon, and cheese (breakfast date with my husband at Georgetown Bagel)
  • Snack – Baby carrots and guacamole
  • Lunch – 6 inch vegetable Subway sandwich on wheat (lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and tzatziki sauce)
  • Snack – Apple
  • Dinner – Flatout pizza (Flatout, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese)

Saturday, May 3 (21 weeks, 5 days)

  • Breakfast – 1 Thomas bagel thin, 2 eggs scrambled with mushrooms, tomatoes, and turkey sausage, and lemon water
  • Lunch – 1 beef burger topped with tomato, lettuce, onion, ketchup, and mayo, side salad, and cool ranch Doritos
  • Dinner – Grilled chicken sandwich and a strawberry limeade (Sonic after the DC Divas game)
