Here is my food journal for my 30th week of pregnancy. It was a great week, though I’m really going to start eating more small meals. My stomach just can’t handle a huge meal these days.
Sunday, June 22 (28 weeks, 6 days)
- Breakfast – 2 MorningStar Farms maple sausage patties and 2 eggs
- Lunch – Smoothie made with pineapple, mango, banana, mango kefir, orange juice, and vanilla protein powder
- Dinner – Lettuce, steak, tomato, and homemade balsamic dressing
Monday, June 23 (29 weeks)
- Breakfast- 2 slices of Ezekiel bread with Justin’s almond butter and 1/2 a banana
- Snack – Suja juice
- Lunch – Veggie and cheddar sandwich from Lost Dog Cafe
- Dinner – Smoothie (frozen cherries, frozen mixed berries, mango kefir, and orange juice)
Tuesday, June 24 (29 weeks, 1 day)
- Breakfast – 1 slice of Ezekiel bread with almond butter, 2 eggs, and 2 MorningStar Farms maple veggie sausage patties
- Snack – Kevita pomegranate coconut and a cheese stick
- Lunch – Brown rice, MorningStar Farms Buffalo Chik patty, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, and balsamic dressing
- Dinner – butter lettuce, tomato, cucumber, grilled steak, and homemade dressing
Wednesday, June 25 (29 weeks, 2 days)
- Breakfast- Everything bagel with 1 egg, cheese, and a slice of tomato
- Snack – Cherries
- Lunch – baby carrots, hummus, and a cheese stick
- Snack – Oatmeal, blueberries, bananas, and Justin’s almond butter
- Dinner – Homemade steak quesadilla
Thursday, June 26 (29 weeks, 3 days)
- Breakfast – 1 bowl of Special K cereal, 1/2 a banana, and 2 MorningStar Farms veggie sausage patties
- Snack – blueberries and cottage cheese
- Lunch – brown rice, MorningStar Farms Buffalo Chik patty, cherry tomatoes, green onione, lettuce, and balsamic dressing
- Snack – Popcorn
- Dinner – Lettuce, grilled chicken, and homemade dressing
Friday, June 27 (29 weeks, 4 days)
- Breakfast – 1 slice of Ezekiel bread with almond butter, 2 eggs, and 2 MorningStar Farms maple veggie sausage patties
- Lunch – Brown rice, MorningStar Farms Buffalo Chik patty, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, and balsamic dressing
- Dinner – Chips, queso, rice, beans, and 1 steak taco
Saturday, June 28 (29 weeks, 5 days)
- Breakfast – 1 bowl of Special K cereal with Silk almond coconut milk and 2 MorningStar Farms veggie sausage patties
- Lunch- Brown rice, MorningStar Farms Buffalo Chik patty, cherry tomatoes, and KeVita
- Snack – Granola bar and nut mix
- Dinner – 2 leftover tacos
